At One Frio, we’re building Europe’s next-generation cold-storage and logistics platform. Technology sits at the heart of that mission — connecting our sites, enabling real-time decision making, and unlocking smarter operational performance across the network.

We are looking for an IT Systems & Integration Specialist to join our growing Group IT team. This role combines hands-on operational support with deep technical expertise in systems integration, data, and hybrid-cloud environments. You will work across both HoldCo and our Dutch Operating Companies, strengthening resilience, improving interoperability, and helping build a modern, scalable IT landscape for the entire platform.

What We Offer

At One Frio, we believe our people are the driving force behind our success. As our IT Systems & Integration Specialist, you will benefit from:

  • A future-focused environment where innovation and sustainability go hand in hand.

  • Opportunities for growth, continuous learning, and leadership development.

  • An empowering culture built on trust, collaboration, and accountability.

  • Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.

  • The chance to work with cutting-edge logistics technology and shape the future of Europe’s cold-chain infrastructure.

The Role

The IT Systems & Integration Specialist plays a dual role:

  1. Ensuring continuity and resilience of IT operations across our Dutch entities — supporting local IT teams, covering critical periods, and ensuring stable, high-quality service.

  2. Driving technical enablement and modernisation — especially in system integration, data platform development, and interoperability across Group applications.

You’ll act as a trusted partner to Operating Companies while contributing to our Group IT Centre of Excellence. This is a hands-on, high-impact position at the core of our transition from legacy systems to a connected, future-ready technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Continuity & Support

  • Provide coverage and knowledge-sharing during high-demand periods or absence.

  • Assist with infrastructure, networking, and core applications (ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM, Finance).

  • Support on-premise and cloud environments, hardware, connectivity, and monitoring.

  • Document processes, configurations, and dependencies in Group SharePoint.

  • Promote consistent standards and service quality across entities.

2. Integration & Interoperability

  • Act as technical owner for the Group’s integration platform (iPaaS).

  • Design and maintain secure, reusable integration flows across systems.

  • Define integration standards, API governance, and monitoring practices.

  • Work with local teams and vendors to ensure reliable data exchange.

  • Use Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Dataverse) for automation and workflow optimisation.

3. Data Platform & Analytics Enablement

  • Support the development of the Group’s enterprise data platform (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI).

  • Manage data ingestion, transformation, and quality.

  • Assist business users with dashboards, reporting, and data access.

  • Ensure alignment with Group data standards and security principles.

4. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Bridge local IT operations with Group IT strategy and best practices.

  • Help develop standard templates, playbooks, and scalable architectures.

  • Identify practical improvement opportunities to reduce risk and increase efficiency.

  • Support documentation and replication of best practices across sites.

5. Security, Compliance & Knowledge Management

  • Apply Group IT security frameworks (GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001).

  • Reinforce consistent security practices across systems and networks.

  • Maintain runbooks, configuration records, and documentation.

  • Promote knowledge sharing between HoldCo and Operating Companies.

Technical Qualifications

  • HBO/WO Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.

  • Relevant certifications (preferred):

    • iPaaS: MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Boomi

    • Data Platform: Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure Data Engineer

    • Microsoft 365 Administrator, Power Platform

    • ITIL v4 Foundation

  • English required; Dutch strongly advantageous.

Technical Experience

  • 5–7 years in IT operations, systems administration, or integration support.

  • Experience across on-prem and cloud environments.

  • Working knowledge of iPaaS tools, APIs, middleware, EDI.

  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM, and Finance systems.

  • Competence in SQL, reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS).

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and automation tools.

Personal Attributes

  • Reliable, collaborative, and approachable partner.

  • Strong analytical thinker with a practical, problem-solving mindset.

  • Able to balance immediate operational needs with long-term improvements.

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex issues.

  • Proactive, self-driven, and committed to continuous learning.
