  • Commensurate with experience

At One Frio, we are building Europe’s most modern cold-storage and logistics platform — and our brand, digital presence, and commercial communication need to move with the same speed and precision as our operations.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help drive the day-to-day execution of our marketing and commercial communications across the Group. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that supports CRM activity, website updates, social media, and coordination across our commercial teams in the Netherlands, Ireland, and the UK.

You’ll work closely with leadership and site-level teams to keep our brand consistent, our messaging sharp, and our customer-facing activity running smoothly.

What We Offer

At One Frio, we believe our people are the driving force behind our success. As our Marketing Coordinator, you will benefit from:

  • A future-focused environment blending innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability.

  • Opportunities for professional growth across marketing, digital strategy, and commercial development.

  • A collaborative, empowering culture built on trust, ownership, and accountability.

  • Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.

  • The chance to shape the commercial identity of one of Europe’s fastest-growing cold-chain platforms.

The Role

The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting One Frio’s marketing, communications, and commercial pipeline. You’ll oversee CRM activity, keep the website current, manage social media channels, and ensure smooth coordination between Group and Operating Companies.

This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and excited to work at the intersection of marketing, operations, and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Management & Commercial Support

  • Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) records, ensuring accuracy and adoption across commercial teams.

  • Support commercial leadership with pipeline reporting, account updates, and customer segmentation.

  • Prepare customer-facing materials, case studies, and sales collateral using agreed templates.

  • Help coordinate commercial campaigns, outreach cycles, and internal follow-up actions.

2. Website Management

  • Manage day-to-day updates on the One Frio website (copy, imagery, news, case studies).

  • Coordinate with external agencies on larger updates, UX improvements, and content rollout.

  • Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all pages.

  • Monitor website analytics and propose improvements.

3. Social Media & Digital Content

  • Manage One Frio’s LinkedIn and other active platforms — posting content, tracking engagement, and maintaining brand voice.

  • Coordinate content calendars, key announcements, employee spotlights, and site-level highlights.

  • Work with commercial teams to gather news, images, and stories from operations.

  • Support paid campaigns or recruiting announcements (when relevant).

4. Marketing Coordination Across Teams

  • Serve as a central point of contact between Group Marketing, Commercial Teams, and Site Teams.

  • Ensure alignment across messaging, updates, timelines, and brand standards.

  • Support logistics for events, customer visits, conferences, and trade fairs.

  • Maintain shared libraries for photos, brand assets, templates, and presentations.

5. Brand, Content & Communication Support

  • Draft clear, modern copy for internal and external communications.

  • Support the production of presentations, brochures, newsletters, and digital content.

  • Help enforce brand guidelines across materials and Operating Companies.

  • Track and organize content requests, approvals, and publication schedules.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital content, or CRM coordination.

  • Working knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).

  • Experience managing websites (CMS, WordPress, Webflow, or similar).

  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.

  • Understanding of social media (especially LinkedIn) and content scheduling.

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience in logistics, industrial services, supply chain, or B2B environments.

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, Figma).

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights).

  • Ability to work with agencies and external content partners.

Personal Attributes

  • Highly organized, proactive, and structured in daily workflow.

  • Strong communicator with a clear, modern writing style.

  • Team player who enjoys cross-functional coordination.

  • Digital-first thinker with an eye for quality and consistency.

  • Curious, fast-learning, and comfortable in a growing, dynamic environment.

Reporting & Location

  • Reports to: Head of Marketing / Group Commercial Lead

  • Works closely with: Commercial teams, site-level teams, Group IT, external agencies
