One Frio acquires HK Logistics and Kloostrans

Founded in 1973 and built over five decades by the Van ’t Klooster family, HK Logistics is one of the most respected food logistics operators in the Netherlands. From its facilities in Zelhem, it provides temperature-controlled and ambient storage, blast freezing, tempering, value-added logistics, customs warehousing, and transport for customers across the food sector.

Its strength in dairy logistics and integrated supply chain management has earned it long-term relationships with producers in the Netherlands and internationally.
